Alexandra Fine Foods was the first to introduce Dukkah to New Zealand and became a key innovator of spice blending in New Zealand. Our products are made to our own unique recipes using the highest quality production methods and are sealed for freshness in vibrant packaging. 
OUR KITCHEN Our kitchen production facility is based in Panmure, Auckland, New Zealand and it is from here that: • All products are dry roasted and batch processed from all-natural ingredients. • Spices are freshly stone ground in-house. • Nut products are dressed with rice bran oil. • Products are packed in gas barrier film to retain freshness.
FOOD SAFETY Alexandra Fine Foods operates under a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) based Food Safety Programme prepared by a registered Food Safety Consultant. The food safety programme is audited annually by Verification New Zealand.
As a result of achieving this high standard Alexandra Fine Foods has achieved an Exemption Certificate from the New Zealand Ministry of Health. |
